About
companydatabase.org is a labor of love, a side-effect of many, many data mining and text analysis interests I've kept over the years. All of the data you see on this site has been mined from public sources using various techniques, algorithms, programming languages, platforms, storage technologies; it is the product of layer upon layer of machine learning with the goal toward providing an interface to a body of data that has been found, extracted and organized automatically, algorithmically, with at most a vague sense of human supervision (there is simply too much data to ever curate - at least for me as a single person).

Features and improvements are in the works - including further information about companies (phone numbers, email addresses, board member, executive and leadership names, etc.), as well as deeper topic exploration and matching products and services that are available online with the relevant companies and topics.
